Founder and Learn editor

Pasha Kalachev

Pasha is a designer and digital product builder who created Kratom Cut after using a measured powder taper to end his own daily kratom use.

Why the product became personal

In his Kratom Sobriety podcast appearance, Pasha describes daily powder use around 20 to 25 grams, repeated cold turkey attempts, and the decision to use a scale, a structured plan, and a dose record. The app grew from the tracking tool he wanted during that process.

Product background

Before Kratom Cut, Pasha worked across production, photography, front-end design, coding, and digital product development. Kratom Cut applies that background to a narrow workflow: measured powder, clear daily records, readable progress, and local-first privacy.

Limits of experience

Pasha is not a clinician. His taper is one person's experience and is not presented as a medical protocol. Learn articles use external sources and label uncertainty, but they are not clinically reviewed unless a page specifically states otherwise.
